The customer service is excellent with efficient shuttle service, spacious and well-equipped rooms, a lovely balcony, coffee facilities, and highly professional staff.

The well-equipped Petit Palace Posada Del Peine is conveniently located in the Centro district, just a short walk away from the Prado, Sofia, and Thyssen art museums. Situated on a pedestrian street, it is close to all the main areas 

The place was neat and refreshing, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. 😊

We can recommend this hotel, it was fairly clean and wonderful small. Our kids and we appreciated being there. Contemporary room, we had single room, with a lovely balcony and a safe box. A tapas restaurant was good for breakfast. 

This place is really nice and quite tidy. The people at the front desk were super friendly. I'd definitely recommend it and I can see myself coming back here again! 😉

Nice building, marvellous location next to other sites, dining and nightlife, Rio2 shopping mall, and excellent restaurants & bars. Updated single room with king bed.

Reasonably priced and well-equipped hotel in a good area

Not far from many attractions, including the Plaza Mayor and the real center of Madrid. Central location and easy walk to a huge plaza. Generous breakfast with a good choice of food like fresh bread and meats 

The recently renovated rooms with private bathrooms were neat. The staff at the reception desk were excellent.- The bed was extremely comfy, and we enjoyed our early check-in.- It was a great way to end our

The restaurant here was good for breakfast, we both ordered healthy dishes. Everyone was highly courteous and very knowledgeable. They helped us get a shuttle to the airport.

The staff were very bad, didn't expect that coming.

The room was spacious, had a comfy mattress, and came with a nice selection of toiletries in the bathroom.

I had a great time in the single room with a cute balcony and a safe box for my stuff. The location was awesome, not too far from the Prado Museum. 🏛️
